Andrew Archer, CHBME
Vice-President
Andrew Archer offers almost twenty years of medical practice management and billing experience
and expertise. In addition to PYHMEDCO Business & Consulting Services, he has been a principal
of Physicians Medical Management Company (PHYMEDCO) since 1987. As its chief executive officer,
he has overseen the processing of over $10 million in annual medical claims submissions and collections
for a wide range of Western New York medical practices. Mr. Archer is also the administrator
of Radiation Oncology Group, P.C., which is comprised of five treatment facilities. He received
his degree in Business Administration and Management Economics from the State University of New York
at Buffalo, and continues to pursue his education through his membership in the esteemed American
College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE). Mr. Archer also has membership in the Healthcare Billing
and Management Association, the Southern Association of Theraputic Radiation Oncology (SATRO), and
the Medical Group Management Association, Oncology and Hematology Assembly. Mr. Archer has also
served 20 years in the United States Air Force Reserve.
Lisa A. Ressman, CPA, CFE
Managing Financial Consultant
Lisa Ressman has seven years of extensive experience in accounting, and is an intergral part
of the services provided to PHYMEDCO Business & Consulting Services' clients. Prior to
joining PHYMEDCO B&CS, Ms. Ressman was a manager with Brock, Schechter & Polakoff, LLP.
A graduate of Hilbert College, Ms. Ressman has worked closely with a wide range of businesses
and organizations, including: insurance companies, automobile dealerships, medical associations,
non-for-profits, single audits, and employee benefit plans. She is proficient in managing even the
most complicated accounting scenarios. Ms. Ressman is President-Elect of the American Society
of Women Accountants, and is Treasurer of Young Audiences of WNY, Inc.
